Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

Drift off at night and wake slowly in the morning to the sounds of the ocean. A minute's stroll down to the beach will take you to one of the most secluded sections of the Peregian beachfront. A walk along the esplanade is Peregian Village with its friendly atmosphere, wide variety of cafes, restaurants and boutiques.

Our 2 bedroom guest house with views onto the pool and hinterland views is ideally located. Enjoy a short 300m stroll to Peregian Village for eclectic shops and cafes or the patrolled beach and park. The local IGA is open everyday just opposite the village. The kitchenette has all you need for simple meals, hot plate, kettle, toaster, microwave. Enjoy easy access to the pool. Nearby are the beaches and restaurants of Noosa/Coolum or the surrounding hinterland townships.
