Very close to Wembley House.Recently refurbished and decorated. All 3 bedrooms are en-suite. The kitchen area is open plan with a quaint dinning area and lounge looking over a pool,shared with our guests from 2 Melbourne Avenue (5 en-suite rooms)There is a safe parking enclosed with an electric gate.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This cosy well appointed cottage is set in a beautiful well established garden. We are close to top Midlands schools, Hilton, Howick and the N3. Each bedroom has a wall mounted heater and there is a log burning fireplace in the lounge. The kitchen had a toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, air fryer and 4 place gas stove with electric oven. The property is off grid with solar power and a backup generator and borehole water.
