The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. Our tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a wee fridge/freezer. Check out our waterhole, walk with the cows, relax and enjoy! Paihia 17min drive

Tiny House Sanctuary Chalet in parklike grounds

This fully self-contained chalet (3km from central Kerikeri) has a magical tranquil setting with wide glass doors opening out onto a beautiful private garden. The Chalet (the main accommodation) has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and laundry, but there is also a separate bedroom (with its own toilet) which opens off the chalet carpark for those wanting more space. Smart TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi. Close to the TeAroha Trail. Adventure, rest, relax, or come for a romantic getaway, you choose.

This studio is attached to our home, although it's completely separate and you'll have complete privacy.

Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

Situated on a private 4ha rural property on the flanks of Mt Parakiore viewing the Whangarei Harbour, our new, stand-alone cottage is inviting guests to relax on the deck spotting our local Kahu flying by. Enjoy the fresh, modern interior with free Wi-Fi, smart TV, a laptop friendly space and a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nescafe Dolce Gusto Coffee machine. Our tank water is filtered and ready to drink from the tap.

A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.

This gorgeous house is built right in the boughs of the trees reconnecting you with tales like the Lord of the Rings and the Magic Faraway Tree. Our cabin is a cosy retreat set in our garden. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It is only 20 minutes from central Whangarei and 10 minutes from Kamo, Maungatapere and SH1 so if you are travelling it would be great a place to stay. Our garden cabin would be suitable for very good value medium to long term stays.

The Cottage at Wai Rua, west of Whangarei, is approximately 18 minutes drive from Kamo via Pipiwai Road. It is a hidden gem with amazing rural views, including massive volcanic rocks, lakes and ponds, set in a beautiful tranquil garden. It can be a getaway retreat or stopover.
