In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Relax in a unique space, located in a large Karystos-traditional picturesque courtyard in the beautiful Karystos, in S. Evia island, two hours from Athens. The courtyard, covered by a century-old bougainvillea, is 5.5 m X 10 m large, surrounded by a stone fence and is also ideal for the winter. Outdoor adjacent bathroom , accessed via a closed shed. Within walking distance from the main beach of Karystos (5-minute walk). Access through a traditional, stone-paved, picturesque alley.

House Amalía with its three apartments (GardenApt, Beletage, Penthouse) is centrally located in a quiet side street, close to the historic Amalía Square. The Penthouse terraces offer views of garden, sea and mountains. Grocery stores are just around the corner. As are cafes, port restaurants, shops and the pier for a stroll. Several beaches, including our personal favourite ‚Kochili Beach‘, are within walking distance. House Amalia can also be booked as a whole for up to eleven guest.

Our house located in Kavos beach ,6 KM south of city of Karystos in an excellent, quiet area overlooking the gulf and Aegean sea.This is a comfortable villa, built on two levels, with unlimited views of the East Aegean. In the lower level the house have a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, and two bedrooms guests along with toilet .The upper level are one master bedroom with bathroom and a small living room.Outside there is a big garden in two levels with a swimming pool.

Aspra Chomata Villas

Aspra Chomata Villas are a complex of two independent houses of 50 sq.m. each one. They are built within a five-acre estate overgrown with centuries-old olive trees in boho Cycladic architecture and aesthetics with a few touches of an earthy village element. The residences consist of a ground floor with a 20 sq m courtyard and a first floor with a 20 sq m balcony. Both villas have an unobstructed view of the sea (Gulf of Karystos) both from the balcony and from the bedroom.

Η έντονη παρουσία του ξύλου σε συνδυασμό με το χτιστό κρεβάτι και τον καναπέ σε παραπέμπει στα αρχοντικά σπίτια των Κυκλάδων.

Cycladic style deluxe house of 40m2, fully equipped with breathtaking sea view is located in Paximada (10 klm distance from Karistos, main town). In 500m there are sandy isolated beaches and in 3 klm there is one of the most beautiful organized beach of South Evia, "Agia Paraskevi". The house is built in an autonomous yard of 650m and has a shaded sitting veranda of 25m2 where you can rest, and enjoy endless blue . The place is also called OSMAES.

Livadi House

Σπίτι σε λόφο με θέα τη παραλία του χωριού Λιβαδιού μισή ώρα από την πόλη της Καρύστου. Η θάλασσα απέχει 5 λεπτά με όχημα, ωστόσο υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση με τα πόδια από το σπίτι (μέσω από φτιαγμένο μονοπατι). Επίσης, βρίσκεται 20 λεπτά από τον καταρράκτη του Πλατανιστού.
