IMPORTANTE: se está construyendo un edificio en el terreno enfrente de la propiedad, con horario de lunes a viernes, de 7:30 am a 05.00 pm y sábados de 7.30 am a 02.00 pm. Podría haber más ruido de lo habitual, disculpen las molestias ocasionadas. Por este motivo se ofrecen tarifas especiales temporalmente. Estupendo apartamento, limpio, cómodo y muy bien ubicado a 5 min a pie de la playa, supermercado, restaurantes. Gran salón luminoso y dormitorio doble, cocina equipada (lavavajillas, lavadora, Nespresso etc.), baño completo. Con aire acondicionado y calefacción. WIFI: 800 MB de fibra óptica de alta velocidad.
