Cute and cozy little private guesthouse inside a main property in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower. Wifi is provided through an extender so it is not always reliable. AC is an extra cost of 7 us$ per night. NO TV. There is a dog on the property, her name is Ella. No Smoking on the entire property. No backup generator.

The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, modern style bathrooms, 50" Flat Smart TV with cable service, free WIFI and Netflix, A/C, washer and dryer, and private balcony with pool view. The balcony is ideal for a morning coffee and it's on us!
