This luxurious room with kitchenette and bathroom provides an intimate, safe and restful retreat for 2 people. Your flat has its own entrance which is separate and private from the main house. Our guests are encouraged to take a walk through the gardens and explore the extensive flora! As your hosts we we will help make your stay as peaceful and accommodating as possible. Let us know any specific requests including extras you may need for your stay. The house is located in Cape Town's prestigious Bishopscourt neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, the V&A waterfront, and beaches just a short drive away. Visit Constantia Valley’s award-winning vineyards, like Eagles' Nest or Beau Constantia. An available Uber is never more than 5 mins away, but if you have rented a car you can park it in our secluded road or within the property.

Garden Flat - self contained with enclosed garden

This sunny, private garden flat is separate to the house with it's own entrance and off-street parking. There is an enclosed paved garden with a Webber BBQ. We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair dresser and coffee shop 200 meters away. For load shedding backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.

Kingsbury Hospital 2,6km and Kenilworth Race Course is a 5 min walk we are only a 12 minutes drive from the V&A Waterfront and CBD city bowl.

Bright, sunny , large double bedroom with sitting area and en suite bathroom & shower. ( No bath) TV has Netflix & you tube. Separate kitchen with dining table, fridge/ freezer, microwave, induction hot plate, kettle, air fryer and toaster . (No oven) one plate gas stove. Close to shopping centre's and restaurants.

Separate entrance into private garden apartment. Spacious double bedroom with two single beds OR a King size by request, Full DSTV package and WIFI. En suite toilet/shower & basin. There is a fridge, microwave, stove and kettle in the lounge/kitchen area. Beautiful pool for guests enjoyment. Secure parking for average size vehicle behind automated gate.Unfortunately no pets allowed as I have two dogs.

Comfortable cottge set in a beautiful indigenous garden. The cottage has all you need, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and a patio that opens up onto the garden and pool which you are welcome to use. This is a perfect space if you are on business or on holiday. We are close to shopping centre's, the vineyards and greenbelt. This cottage is not suitable for children or toddlers.
