The tide is in two thirds of the time, ideal for birdwatchers, paddle boarders etc. The Old Tram road below forms part of the minerals track (with cycle hire) to the north coast. Mooringside is a spacious apartment in a delightful creekside position in the peaceful village of Penpol overlooking the tidal Restronguet Creek. This is a wonderfully convenient place to stay, close to Truro and Falmouth. A short walk will take you to the sea at Point Quay, where you can swim or launch a kayak or boat. There are lovely walks nearby and you can cycle along the Bissoe Trail from here to the north Cornish coast. Mooringside has a courtyard garden which is a real sun trap.

The living room includes futon company sofa bed, table, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave ,toaster). A separate shower room, bedroom (king size beds). The private garden, offers patio furniture, BBQ, and access to shared children's swings. ( our children still like to use them!)
