Less than an hour to Asheville, Greenville, Spartanburg, BMW Plant, and 3 major airports. A great gateway to western Carolinas. Sofa bed and loft add to sleeping space for families.

We are located 5 minutes from TIEC, in a beautiful private setting. The villa is tucked away at Overmountain Vineyards overlooking the vineyards. The decor is contemporary and spacious, with all the conveniences of home. Speed limit is 10 MPH, we have pets and are a working farm! MAX OCCUPANCY 4. Additional $150 will be charged for additional guests. $250 non-refundable fee for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. Pets must be crated when not home.
