Arrive at Hiwassee Acres, our farm, and horse ranch and let us get you into our newly remodeled two bedroom one and a half bathroom townhome. Each upstairs bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and a view of the beautiful fields in front of the unit. The main bathroom has recently been remodeled and is convenient to both bedrooms. Downstairs, is the living room with a flat screen TV, dining area, a full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and a half bath with washer and dryer just for you!

This suite is complete with a queen bed, full sized kitchen, dining area, sitting area, bathroom with a tile shower, and a wall mounted TV that swivels! If you want to remain connected, we include quality internet access! Our lodge has an upstairs work space, and a full lobby downstairs - a great place to hang out with your friends. NO CLEANING FEES!

“On The River”

We have a climate controlled sunporch. Cable, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Handicap accessible. Kayaks and tubes available; about a 2 mile float from Ocoee dam #1 down to the dock. There are three levels of docks at the river. Gas/charcoal grill. Also, there is a fire pit with plenty of wood. The river is controlled by TVA, it's usually down in the morning so you can explore and swim, kayak and fish. Most afternoons the river is flowing for a lazy float down to our easy and accessible dock.
