My apartment has a kitchenette, Full size refrigerator. Living room has 2 couches and a 32” television with Roku s Full bathroom with shower. Bedroom with a queen bed. I provide my fresh organic eggs and juice and coffee , The studio is totally private with separate entrance and parking. The studio is in the lower level of my house with no windows. We have a designated parking lot if street parking isn’t available. Never a parking concern. Walking distance to Insurrection distillery, Bonnie & Clyde’s restaurant as well as many local shops.
