Living room comfy sofa opens to a Full size bed; ample sized dining table and chairs; storage and TV. All utilities included. Indoor/outdoor living; cozy covered porches in front and back. Grill and fire-pit. Enjoy beautiful NM blue skies by day and awesome starry skies by night.

The Family Casita Santa Fe/ Pojoaque

The Family Casita is the guest wing to a family home with a private separate entrance. This is a large elegant adobe with thick walls that keep it cool in the summer and provide old world charm. A very spacious 900 square foot studio space, it has two original fireplaces, one in the eat-in kitchen, and one in the main room. There is a beautiful hand painted king sized bed and a Euro Lounger (that converts to a double bed), separated by a privacy wall. Dogs welcome. Sorry can't accept cats.

Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.
