This country house is situated in the south east of Mallorca, where you can enjoy the fantastic small beaches from the area and the nature environment. Experience the live in 'Mallorquina' traditional house, it is an old stone house refurbished with modern style. And now you can enjoy with fiber optic broadband as some guest requested for teleworking. Is located near the Felanitx village with small grocery stores, supermarkets and restaurants, where you can find all your needs during the stay.

Casita de campo situada en una soleada ladera del Valle de Sóller. Tradicional casa mallorquina a unos 2 Km del centro de Sóller. La casa se encuentra en una finca de montaña de unas 3 Hectáreas con vistas panorámicas al valle y las montañas (acceso estrecho y empinado). Esta propiedad permite disfrutar del sol y las vistas en un entorno rural. También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Nuestro apartamento Bellavista está ubicado en primerísima linea de la playa con unas fabulosas vistas al mar y a la playa, que hacen único a este apartamento. El apartamento Bellavista está totalmente reformado con suelos de parquet, completamente amueblado y equipado para su disfrute y el de su familia, nuestro apartamento está situado en el segundo piso del edificio 'Bellavista', no disponemos de ascensor. *** Capacidad máxima 4 personas (niños y bebes incluidos)

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
