Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

This one bedroom bohemian style flat sits right in the heart of St Ives on Royal Square, just a five-minute stroll from the beaches and steps from all the best shops and spots to eat. Our modern apartment is located above Porthminster Beach and has large windows with panoramic views over the beach and St Ives bay to Godrevy lighthouse. It has a Bedroom with superking or twin beds, contemporary bathroom, lounge-diner with double sofa-bed and fitted kitchen. It also has the benefit of a parking space beneath the building. Please note there is a height restriction of 6'7" and width 8" for the entrance to the garage.
