Charming Rural Cottage, New Forest National Park

Oak Tree Cottage is nestled on the edge of the village of Pilley, near the coastal town of Lymington. With forest tracks on the doorstep, it is ideally situated for exploring the countryside of the New Forest National Park and villages along the South coast. The local ponies and donkeys are frequent visitors to our lane, as they roam freely in the immediate area. The cottage is tastefully furnished and well equipped, with ample parking, and barbecue provided for the summer. Wifi speed 150 mbps.

Two good pubs are within 1.5 miles in either direction and the historic towns of Beaulieu and Lymington are 3 miles and 4.5 miles respectively away. The quaint historic shipyard of Bucklers Hard nearby has a museum, pub and marina. IOW close too.

Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

The Croft

The Croft is a beautifully appointed, self contained space overlooking a meadow. Recently refurbished to a high standard, it’s a comfortable and cosy base. Situated in the New Forest National Park, the Croft is located up a leafy lane in a pretty village close to Lymington, the Solent and Beaulieu; it’s only a 10 minute walk into the New Forest. Inside there’s a super-king size bed (or two singles), a tiled shower room, an open plan living room with kitchen area under the stairs.

The Cottage at Little Hatchett

Quaint little cottage in the heart of the New Forest right opposite Hatchet Pond on the outskirts of Beaulieu. Lymington, Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst within 5 miles. Farm shop 200m walk away. Off street parking in large private driveway. Private courtyard with table and chairs. Miles of walking/cycling from front door. Easy access to the pretty Beaulieu River, Bucklers Hard, Beaulieu motor museum and the coast. Local village pub a 20 minute walk away.

The Lodge at Cherrytree cottage

Situated on the outskirts of the village of Pilley is a self contained unit comprising of a bedroom with an en suite shower room, kitchen/diner and a lounge. It is in the grounds of Cherrytree cottage with access to the large bottom half of the garden including use of the summerhouse and loungers. The Lodge has a designated parking spot off road within the grounds of Cherrytree cottage.

The Studio at Trees

With it's own separate entrance, our annexed accommodation offers a spacious 1st floor Studio Flat adjacent to our home and close to local amenities. Off road parking and bike storage available. A welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jams, cereals, yoghurts, milk, and fruit etc. is provided for your arrival, together with tea and coffee making facilities.

The Keep at Greenshadows

The Keep is tastefully furnished, spacious and enjoys privacy within the grounds of the main house above the owners car port. It is accessed via its own private staircase and affords stunning views over fields to the rear of the property. Accommodates two adults although there is also a sofa bed which would suit a child over 12 years of age.
