Το σπίτι είναι ισόγειο και βρίσκεται 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ στο λιμάνι. Υπάρχουν σε απόσταση αναπνοής μαγαζιά ( ιχθυοπωλείο, κρεοπωλείο, κομμωτήριο, φούρνος κτλ), όμως είναι ήσυχα.
