The perfect weekend getaway for 2 with stunning views of the North Yorks moors and a wood burner. This hut is cosy, warm and comfortable. The shepherd’s hut has a hot shower, working gas stove and a mini fridge. There’s a separate private composting loo. And during the summer you may use the tennis court just a short walk through the orchard. There is no electricity in the hut.

The local area boasts not only fabulous countryside but also easy access to the glorious north east coast and a wide variety of visitors attractions.

School House is the perfect base for a lovely holiday or rest in beautiful North Yorkshire. Complete with an enclosed garden, it is spacious, peaceful and calming. Lovingly restored during lockdown, it is a happy place to be. Within easy walking distance is an excellent coffee shop and an equally excellent pub.
