"SunShine" befindet sich fast im Dorfzentrum von Pany an schöner, sonniger und ruhiger Lage. Erreichbar mit dem Auto und Postauto. Wir haben sie "SunShine" genannt, weil Du vom Sonnenaufgang bis in den späten Nachmittag die herrliche Sonne geniessen kannst. Alles ist im Preis inbegriffen, inkl. Endreinigung.

Davos Dorf train station is a 6 min walk away. The apartment has modern furnishings, a balcony, a large cozy double double bed (sofa bed), two single beds, a kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Das Wohn- und das Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Zugang zum Balkon. Der Balkon ist sonnig und die Aussicht auf das traumhafte Bergpanorama lädt zum Verweilen ein. Vom Haus bis zur Busstation sind es nur 200m und der Bus bringt sie bequem zu den Bahnen Weisshorn und Hörnli-Express.

Studio located on 2nd floor of a residential building in a quiet area at the sunniest part of Arosa, with swimming pool and sauna for shared use during the main season*. The sunny balcony offers a nice mountain view. *only available during winter and summerseason! Every second Thursday of the month the pool will be cleaned the whole day. Sauna availble for a fee to be paid onsite.

Kleines feines Studio, zentral gelegen in Davos Platz! Ruhige Lage, 5 Minuten vom Postplatz, in Gehdistanz zum Jakobshorn.
