Restored in July 2017, the house consists of two studios of 28 square meters with each an independent entrance. Inside, the kitchen-living area with sofa bed, induction cooking facility and the bathroom are on the ground floor; the double bed is on the mezzanine with the possibility to add a single bed. La villa è autonoma e tutti i servizi sono esclusivamente per gli ospiti,compresa la piscina. Giardino, WIFI, aria condizionata e TV . Tre camere da letto e quattro bagni(uno a servizio piscina). Cucina soggiorno mq 40 con ampie vetrate sulla piscina. Ambienti sanificati prima di ogni soggiorno.
