You will not find a better view of Lake Cumberland! Newly renovated 2022!! Previously our family home, we cherish this property. We ask anyone renting to respect the neighbors and home as we have. The Lakeview Blue House is within walking distance of Lake Cumberland, several restaurants, gas stations and a liquor store. There is a seasonally open public boat ramp directly over the hill from the home and many others including Waitsboro, Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park/ ramp nearby.

Large hot tub under covered screen porch & located in a private gated resort community w/multiple pools, tennis courts, walking/ATV trails- all within 1 mile of boat ramp. New furniture & TVs in every bedroom, basement game room with bar/poker table, jacuzzi tub in master. Terrific lake views from every room! Excellent WiFi for working.

1st Floor condo sits on a gorgeous Lake Cumberland. 3-5 minutes walk to the clubhouse, which features a restaurant, swimming pool, kiddie pool, 6 dedicated Pickleball Courts, 2 tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and playground. Well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances features a bar area perfect for entertaining! The screened-in heated and cooled back porch w/lake views and a gas grill. The Primary bedroom has a king-size bed and Bedroom 2-Queen and Bedroom 3-Queen w/twin trundle.

Lake front Cabin - Private dock

This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

Enchanting Glamping Tent on Lake Cumberland

Named for a favorite Willy Porter song, "Moonbeam" is a 12'x14' safari tent on a wooden platform with a roof. Listen to tree frogs while drifting off to sleep on a queen size memory foam bed with soft, dreamy linens. The tent features power, lamps, chairs, and a desk. Outside, enjoy a private fire pit or sit a spell on rocking chairs on the back deck. Our Community Shelter, with a fridge, sink, and coffee maker, and our Bath House with flush toilets and hot showers are a short walk away.
