Located on Lemon Lake, this 1/1 upstairs with a covered balcony has beautiful views of the San Juan Mountains and Lemon Reservoir! All photos are exact & accurate. We are Superhosts of Airbnb's in Florida and Colorado. Hike, bike, bring your horses, dogs (limit 2 with required pet fee - $50 per dog due by check-in). It boasts a secluded feel, gorgeous view, and updated interior. While summer access is easy, winter guests must have a 4wd vehicle with high clearance, tire chains. A willingness to park at the top and hike, sled, ski or snowshoe about 50 yards to the cabin is required! Pets welcomed, but must be pre approved by Host.
