Your own space downstairs separate to the main house. Heat and eat only, no kitchen sink. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, continental breakfast for your first morning. Queen bed, 50" TV, Please park beside the B&B sign, not in front of the garage. If arriving in two cars please let me know.

Hot water via gas califont , flushing toilet , solar power , fridge , unlimited WiFi. Note : cabins location requires travelling down a farm track. If track is wet , we offer a vehicle for transportation down to the location.

Inside our spacious newly renovated Black Cottage, you have a small full kitchen with farmhouse sink, large fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso. In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

Your accommodation includes free access for self-guided walks through the Southern Enclosure, or book a tour to get truly immersed in nature.
