The annexe is set in the grounds of our family home, overlooking gardens and fields of the Kent countryside. It has parking and its own separate entrance, accessed via a key box. The space is light and airy with a king size bed, table, sofa, living area, kitchenette and en-suite. Ideal for a couples retreat or to use as a base to explore the area.

The cottage is a gorgeous countryside retreat which is a converted farm building called the ‘Hoplet’ situated in the beautiful village of West Farleigh. It’s an ideal place to stay if you’re looking for a countryside escape, it’s 3 minutes walk from a pub, there are other lovely villages nearby with cafes and pubs as well as being surrounded by stunning fields with many footpaths. It’s also near the river where there are various water sports options. Then it’s just over 3 miles to Maidstone

The area boasts many places to visit (including Leeds Castle), countryside walks, as well as numerous pubs.
