The Lake House on beautiful Mason Lake

"The Lake House" is located on beautiful Mason Lake in Briggsville, WI. Our home is a freshly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom lake house with 36 ft. of lake frontage. The property has a huge fenced in back yard, concrete patio and a new pier (2021) for outside fun. We can accommodate two vehicles on the black top driveway, public street parking and a large public parking lot for boat / rec. trailers right across the street. The property is also located on a ATV/UTV and snowmobile trail system.

This cozy well loved 80s-style bi-level home sits on a peaceful canal off the Wisconsin River, offering great fishing just steps from the back door. The upper level features two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, living room, and dining area. The lower level includes a family room, additional bed, and hideaway beds on both floors. The home has two outdoor patios, a hot tub, grill, propane fire pit, arcade game, board games, a beach area overlooking a 5 acre non motorized lake, paddle board, kayaks & a fun social media worthy prohibition room.
