Welcome to your cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat, nestled across the street from the serene Peacedale Preserve! Downstairs features a modern kitchen, dining area, and a relaxing living room. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king bed, full bath and a sitting area with a twin sleeper sofa. Located steps from Peacedale, 10 minutes to Fair Hill, 10 minutes to University Of Delaware, 20 minutes to Longwood Gardens, and 45 minutes to Philly! All this plus Cheech the pig as your friendly neighbor!

Private Guest Suite

Our suite features a 3-speed ceiling fan with dimmable overhead lighting, a kitchenette, a bidet toilet, an office nook, and more. While this space is most comfortable for 2 people, up to 2 additional people may be added to your reservation for a fee and we will provide an air mattress. Please note: our home shares a small mud room-style entrance with the guest suite, however the suite has a lock and is private with its own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. We look forward to hosting you!

The Parent Pad - an Interlude for UD Parents

Whether you’re traveling for a campus visit or returning for Parents weekend, or just passing through I provide a convenient, comfortable resting place between events. Perfect for Grandparents coming in for a graduation, or parents supporting their student during finals week. The Parent Pad is a perfect distance from the raucous of the college life, yet close enough for convenience to UD Stadium and sports complex. A safe place for students during holidays when Dorm cleaning occurs, too.

This enchanting studio is a cozy retreat. A comfortable living room with a sofa bed, makes this space perfect for unwinding. The bathroom boasts a relaxing bathtub/shower, and vanity. Enjoy amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, washer and dryer. Kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Closet with dresser, mirror, etc. Off street parking with private entrance. Only about 3 miles away from Fair Hill.

Come make memories on our farm getaway, hidden on 75 acres in Alloway, NJ. Explore nature on our walking trails, open fields and serene pond. Do some fishing or read a good book and enjoy the outdoors. Our property features a spacious back covered patio and large firepit. Inside includes 4 bedrooms and an office with a sleeper sofa as well as ping pong & pool tables. Located 40 minutes from Philadelphia and 10 minutes from downtown Woodstown, this farm getaway is a perfect escape!
