The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

There are beautiful footpaths and cycle routes from the front door and a superb pub, The Victoria Inn a 3 min walk away. Most, if not all the Cotswolds most sough after pubs restaurants, and tourist attractions are very close by. Inc Bibury, Burford, Broadway, Bourton on the Water, Lechlade and Cirencester. We are perfectly located if you are attending a wedding at Cripps, Stone or Oxleaze Barn.

Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. There are a number of delicious local takeaways who will deliver to this location. Also the local pub provide a collection service from their Covid menu (5 min walk).
