La villa se ubica en los lindes de la Reserva Natural de s’Albufereta, joya de la naturaleza por su paisaje y valores ornitológicos y botánicos. Consta de 4 habitaciones repartidas en planta baja y primer piso,3 baños, recibidor,sala de estar,cocina,coladuría más terraza-jardín con piscina. Es recomendable disponer de vehículo. La piscina está cerrada,haciendo del jardín una zona segura para los niños. Situada a escasos km de los pueblos de Alcudia y Pollença,como además también de sus playas.

En ella podéis encontrar la tranquilidad de la zona del Raiguer de Mallorca, pero a pocos minutos de las localidades de Lloseta y Binissalem. La casa está en rodeada de un campo de almendros, algarrobos y otros árboles típicos mallorquines. De fácil acceso y a pocos minutos de las localidades vecinas. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Also perfect for a group of active people, as many sports can be practiced around the area. We are eco-friendly as we have solar panels. In 20 minutes there is a beach. The house is located in a quiet place in the village of Caimari that is why we ask our guests to respect our neighbours and not make any noise after .

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
