Sleeps up to 8 people with room for 6 in the main cabin and a detached bedroom/bathroom that sleeps 2 more. Perfect for a couple. Washer/dryer included with super close access to the river (right across the road) and a hillside view with plenty of places for a long walk or hiking. There’s even a man-made jacuzzi nearby! "Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

You are within 18 miles of the Concan area. Your stay here at our bunkhouse will be safe, quiet, and peaceful.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.
