Enjoy the convenience of safe off‑street parking for at least two vehicles, with plenty of room for a boat or trailer as well. Ideally located near beautiful beaches, scenic walks, and great dining options, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing stay.

Well set out home away from home, with pool, aircon & short walk to stunning beach just 600m away. Large park for the kids a flat 200m walk away. New kitchenette with microwave and air fryer/benchtop oven, jug and toaster or dine at the array of restaurants 2ks away in Orewa. One large bedroom set up with a queen and 1 single, 2 lounges, one with single bed. Large shower and laundry with washer & dryer. A great space, quiet & private under my home with carpark & private entrance.

Unique studio unit. Separate to main dwelling with own access and self contained. A lovely light and airy space originally designed as an artists studio. Space includes queen bed, two comfortable chairs, small fridge with tea and coffee bench, and shower and toilet. Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.
