The house is a historic building wich has been renovated to preserve the charm and feel of days gone bye, combined with the comfort of modern times. There are six comfortable single rooms on the 2nd floor of the building on offer, they are about 12 sqm in size each. All the rooms contain a single bed, cupboard, desk and cable-TV. Outside the rooms four small kitchenettes equipped with a water boiler, dishes, microwave and a small grill are available to all the guests. Guests who want to cook for themselves are welcome to use the small kitchen in the cellar of the building. All the rooms are cleaned up on a daily basis.

The COZY Double offers an intimate 18 sqm of sleek, modern design. The room features a comfortable double bed (with separate mattresses) or two single beds upon request, along with a private bathroom equipped with either a bathtub or shower. Liebevoll geführtes, kleines Hotel in bester Innenstadtlage. Mein Haus liegt ca. 12 Gehminuten vom Dom-Hauptbahnhof. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Christophstraße/Mediapark liegt 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ich biete begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Gebühr, Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich. W-Lan ist im gesamten Haus kostenfrei nutzbar. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsaufenthaltsraum.

Wir haben hier ein kleines Einzelzimmer mit einem eigenen Bad, wo hier im Herzen von Bonn-Friesdorf eine ruhige Nacht verbringen könnt. Ihr seid in einen unserer drei Hotelzimmer über unserem bekannten Restaurant "Friesdorfer Hof", wo ihr gerne Abends noch eine leckere Pizza oder unser leckeres Tiramisu genießen könnt. Vor unserer Tür findet Ihr auch einen schnellen Weg in das Zentrum, entweder per Bus oder mit dem Auto.
