Situated 10mins from the city of Hobart, Salamanca Place and Mt Wellington. 2-5mins to bakeries, shops, food, laundromat, fuel & bottle shop. Less than 1 min walk to great food at the BrewLab. A great base to explore, 10mins drive to the famous Mona, 25mins to the Historic town of Richmond and the Coal River wine trail.

A converted studio style cottage in the garden of our property. Quiet and so very peaceful overlooking the rosemary and lavender at the entrance to our vegetable garden. You are sure to relax and unwind after a day of touring our Coal Valley wine region.
