The amazing White River, full of trophy trout, runs through our yard. We also have national forests, state parks, hiking trails, OHV, snowmobile & horse rentals, boating & fishing lakes- all nearby. There are over 250 miles of OHV trails, the world's largest migrating elk herd, summer rodeo series, International sheepherding trials, and more. There's plenty to do! It's a year-round recreation destination. It is also wonderful to just sit on the deck listening to the river and watch it flow past.

The apartment is locked off from the main residence with private access and a fenced in backyard. Premises does have 2 parking spaces available but may accommodate a trailer or camper with notice. Located on a working cattle ranch five miles outside of Meeker, Colorado, the Bar 7 Bunk House is a stand-alone studio offering a fully equipped efficiency kitchen, outdoor grill, one full bathroom, a snack bar, small living room with satellite television, wifi, one double bed and on site laundry facilities. The Bunk House comes stocked with linens and towels. We have ample parking for your OHV trailers and are located on an OHV friendly road - allowing you to leave directly from our property!
