Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Very good home feeling. 936 Sq feet of living space. Keypad for entry 24 hours. Full kitchen, laundry room, very quiet place. Everything you need. You don't have to pack anything iron provided, shampoo soap hair dryer etc. Security cameras on site. Near Merry Family Winery, Bob Evans Farm, Hardee's Love truck stop, Rio Grande college. Holzer Hospital. We have several other restaurants non chain, museums in our area. A list of things to do will be in the cottage or feel free to ask Tim or Bev.

We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Quaint in the hills of Southern Ohio. This studio apartment is a one bed room with a lovely view overlooking the outdoor horse riding arena. It offers a kitchenette and sitting area downstairs. Upstairs has a queen size bed over looking the riding arena. A country setting at it's best. Pet friendly. Trailer Parking available. Some weekends we host equine events. Horses and exhibitors will be around the facility. There is a horse arena in front and at times you can watch !
