6 The Green is an exceptional Grade II listed, 17th-century thatched cottage, beautifully and imaginatively extended over recent months. Overlooking the picturesque village green, the cottage blends period character with contemporary luxury. Designed for 1–4 guests, this elegant countryside escape provides a serene haven, while remaining conveniently close to Bury St Edmunds, Mildenhall, Thetford, Cambridge and Newmarket, with easy access to the M11 and A14. Located in the charming Suffolk village of Horringer, with direct access to a stunning NT park, House of Wilde offers a luxurious stay with ample garden space. A truly unique retreat offering high quality accommodation for up to 5 adults. We also have a small fold up bed and a travel cot for little ones. Extra amenities include board games, books, table tennis and a dressing up box. The perfect staycation for families or the perfect tranquil environment for solo travellers of work or pleasure.

The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

Converted rustic barn adjacent to main house. Access over gravel driveway. Private building with shared garden. Light and airy with French windows and roof lights. Exposed original beams. 2 rooms plus ensuite shower/loo. Please specify super kingsize OR twin beds when booking. Situated in a quiet village with easy access to Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Cambridge, Norwich and coast. Friendly hosts, chickens, dog and cats on property and fresh eggs supplied. Swallow barn is a writer’s paradise!

Cosy cabin for 2 with electric charging point

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

The Garden Studio in the Heart of Bury St Edmunds

The Studio consists of 2 rooms: Bedroom with double bed on the GROUND FLOOR, with WC/Shower. UPSTAIRS sitting room, TV, sofa. IMPORTANT: THERE is NO KITCHEN only mini fridge and microwave for OCCASIONAL USE. The Studio has private entrance from the GARDEN door on the right of the main house, with a secluded walled courtyard with decking NOTE: 1. there is NO GUARANTEED parking nearby. 2 there are several steep/uneven steps, so it’s NOT suitable if you have mobility limitations.

The Hide is one of Suffolk's hidden gems. A clean, beautiful and relaxing space. We've created an open-plan cabin which is located on the edge of King's Forest with direct access to an abundance of nature, walks, cycle tracks and beautiful views. Relax and unwind on the raised deck of an evening as the sun sets over the forest in front of you, watching deer emerge from the forest and owls flying overhead. We are able to provide celebration packages upon request.

My converted barn is in Snetterton village, ideal for Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridge. Located down a no through country road, but with the A11 just two mins away you will not believe how secluded you feel tucked away from the world The room is bright & spacious, with walk in en suite shower, with food prep area and has direct access onto the garden & patio area. You access the room directly from outside, so you can come & go to suit, your own private entrance

Lime Tree Barn is located in Thurston, four miles from the historic and beautiful market town of Bury St. Edmunds. Two miles from access to the A14 and a few hundred yards from the Train Station which has a direct line to Bury, Cambridge and London. The Barn Annex facilities have been fitted to a high quality to create a relaxing and comfortable environment for you to enjoy during your stay , consisting of a large bedroom, en-suite shower room and kitchen.
