Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gross ,sauber, hell und neu möbiliert. Fühlt Euch willkommen. Carpe Diem 🦋

Das Chalet Bärenegg ist wunderbar in die Landschaft der Berner Seen- und Bergwelt eingebettet. Drinnen ist es klein mit wenig Stauraum, dafür hat es draussen hübsche Nischen zum verweilen: zwei Sitzplätze mit BBQ, Aussensauna und für die Kleinsten Wiese, Sandkasten und Rutschbahn. Hier spürt man die Stille und Kraft der Natur vor dem mächtigen Niesen und mit dem atemberaubenden Seeblick. Il est situé à 1300 mètres d’altitude, en amont du col de la Forclaz, au cœur du petit et calme village deTrient sans restaurant ni commerce alimentaire. Dans notre jardin et en face de notre maison.
