Maple Syrup Sugarhouse Studio Apartment

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at Butternut Maple Farm in the heart of Burton Township right by the Geauga County Fairgrounds and just miles from Amish Country. This private brand new, fully furnished smoke-free studio apartment is on the second floor of the sugarhouse with a gorgeous attached deck perfect for your morning coffee. During maple sugar season (January-March), you receive front row seats to watch and/or participate in making our award winning organic maple syrup.

Hockran Family Farms Guesthouse

Fabulous Farm House - built in the 1940's this farmhouse is a family treasure. Fully renovated and modernized this home is a great place to relax and find some peace in a great small town with an abundance of local activities. This home is a great place for those seeking spiritual renewal or some quiet family time away, including all you nature lovers to the Pymatuning Lake State Park both in Ohio and Pennsylvania. A quaint cowboy decor room on a working horse farm . Great over night room in the country but minutes from town. Full bathroom, fridge, microwave queen size bed. . Rooster lets you know when dawn is approaching . Great stop over if hauling horses . Picnic area at top with grill. Arabian horses dot the pastures. Covered bridge on the road and within minutes of wineries, Lake Erie, Historical Ashtabula harbor. Room is small but comfortable without the noise of a hotel. Wifi but no TV .

Chardon Loft

Large private 2nd floor studio style living area with queen size bed, couch, table/chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP, sink, large shower, A/C, heat, washer and dryer, and deck. Wifi internet is provided. The television has Netflix. No cable channels. The furnace is nontraditional. It is not located in a closet. The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive.

The Creekside Cottage

The Creekside Cottage is quietly located on our 240 acre property. If you're looking for a quiet "get-away" then our quaint, studio cottage is for you. We have a queen bed. Outside, we have a fire ring with firewood, grill, outdoor seating, and beautiful view. We DO NOT have TV/internet, or WiFi, although most phones get service. There is a small kitchenette but there is NO oven/stove. We DO have a toaster oven, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot Keurig, coffee pods, and bottled water.

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Many activities available in the area with Mosquito lake nearby, bike trails, state park, golf, shopping, wineries, breweries, and restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes.

Secluded lakefront fishing cabin on 30 acres offers the very definition of a quiet oasis in the woods. This home lays at the end of a mile long private drive on over 11 acres of manicured lawn surrounded by 300 year old oak trees. The lake, only feet from your front door, contains bass, bluegill, perch and catfish offering both adults and children alike a wonderful opportunity to cast a line and relax while blue heron and eagles nest in the nearby trees.

Little House on the Farm

The accommodation is a 2 bedroom cottage on our small farm that has been recently renovated. It is wheel chair accessible. We are in the middle of the fourth largest Amish community in the world. We are half a mile from the center of Mesopotamia, which is known for the End of the Commons General Store and the annual OX roast over the 4th of July. Cleveland and Youngstown are both approximately 45 minutes away. Lake Erie is 30 minutes north.
