Príncipe Real is considerate the most charming, trendy, edgy and attractive neighborhood in Lisbon. It is filled with gardens, a couple of the city's most quiet squares and colorful mansions. The flat is located just seconds from Praça das Flores with a cluster of trendy cafes and restaurants nearby.

The house is in Rua de São Bento, between Amália Rodrigues House (the most famous Fado singer of all times) & the Parliament building. The street is renowned for the many antique shops.
