Close to public transport such as bus and train if you want to go further out to the concert halls (15min to destination) or Copenhagen (40min to destination) (15 min walking distance to Triangeln station). The apartment also has a shop (Mido Quality) which is open 24/7 which is 50m away and has everything you need.

This place is very cute, tiny as it is. Yet peaceful. A place for the lonesome businessman or the tiny family staying for the weekend or the student who need a place to stay for a longer term. The house was built in 30's and is in typically Malmö funkis style. A lot o friendly neighbours and a cozy backyard.
