Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Your group will enjoy easy access to everything in the area. With one 1/2 mile of river frontage and board walk access to the river. Secluded in the woods with the wildlife. 2 minute drive to town. Close to head trails for all your off road adventures. Higgins, Houghton lake, Lake St Helen and the Mason Track all about 15 minutes away. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.
