Beautiful Secluded Cabin next to the park

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

A modern self contained Annex in beautiful epping forest, perfect stay for walkers or attending nearby wedding venues. A 20 minute walk to epping station (central line into central London), or 5 minute drive, 12 min walk to the high street. 1 comfortable king size bed , desk set up for remote working , with beautiful views . The Steam Engine CoachHouse

The CoachHouse is an old building, that was used until a few years ago for keeping a horse! It has been fully renovated, but we wanted to maintain as much of its character as possible (like keeping visible the wooden roof beams). There is a mezzanine accessible through a spiral staircase which is used as the bedroom area, an extendable dining table, a sofa bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
