Three en suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The villa also has a basement arranged for entertainment for both children and adults.

You will find The Olive House in the very end of a small village called Jakomici. The second floor of the house has been recently refurbished and consists of two identical apartments, each with a kitchen, huge living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment is suitable for 4 people. You can relax completely, chill out in the garden or in the new swimming pool, or you can come with us for a boat trip (not included). Breakfast, lunch and dinner on request, at extra charge.

Villa is a typical new istrian house, surrounded by wonderful nature, breathtaking sea view, and view of nearby islands. Only 2km from this house is a small village Prtlog with fantastic nature, clear sea and beaches.
