Atawhai Villa is a spacious and beautifully restored villa recently upgraded and painted and painted throughout. The property is conveniently located on highway 6 in Marybank, a 5 minute drive from Nelson and 15 minute drive from the airport. Perfectly positioned for exploring the Nelson Tasman region. The house is situated on large a sunny site in a mature private garden set back from the road. The property gets all day sun and has waterfront and rural mountain views from the attic room.
