There is a shower room with a walk-in shower. Outside you will find a courtyard with a seating/dining area under a large gazebo. This will be for your private use. There is private parking on a gated gravel drive.

Comprising of a fully equiped kitchen, dining table, sitting room area with 2 large sofas, coffee table and TV with full access to Sky and Netflix There is a large first floor bedroom with a King size bed. A modern shower room with toilet and wash basin is located on the ground floor.
