I wanted to point out a few Go To's that are less than a 5 minute walk from the house. I love the Brick Bungalow because you do not need a car to enjoy your time there.
*** Many of these places will have waits, but they're close enough to put your name in, walk back home, and then head out closer to dinner time!

The staff is unparalleled, ask them ANYTHING and give them whatever budget you have and they will find the perfect option - whether its a local craft beer, a delicious old world wine under $20, or a craft liquor. Yup, we have Ramen too. I mean ... This place is very well known, the service is funky, but the food is addictive.
