Rock Beach is amazing with it's coves and long sandy beach perfect for families and is dog friendly. When the tide is out you can walk to Daymar Bay or you can take the hilly coast walk all the way to Polzeath with lots to see en-route.

We love the Mariners and after a beach walk it's the perfect place to grab a bite to eat and a glass of wine. Great food, atmesphere and dog friendly with fabulous views over to Padstow. Best to book online if a bigger group and for lunch and tea time.
