Parking Options
As with most downtown living, private parking is not available. Street/meter, parking lots and parking garages are close by. We've found free parking in the neighborhood off Nun St between 3rd and 4th. It’s only a 3-4 block walk.

Our place is walking distance to everything in historic downtown Wilmington and you can even catch a ride on the free trolley during certain times that runs right past our front door
