This is one of our favorite hikes. While it's only four miles to the lake, the elevation gained is significant. It's not for the faint of heart. And be sure to pack your bug spray!
If you feel up for it, Rampart Lakes are nestled about one mile up the trail from Rachel Lake and they are a stunning sight to behold and explore.

This is one of our favorite hikes. While it's only four miles to the lake, the elevation gained is significant. It's not for the faint of heart. And be sure to pack your bug spray!
If you feel up for it, Rampart Lakes are nestled about one mile up the trail from Rachel Lake and they are a stunning sight to behold and explore.
