A cosy house in a local village not too far from Chiangmai city center (15km or 30mins drive). The property has a big garden with seasonal flowers/fruit trees and local herbs e.g. mango, banana, jackfruit and tamarind. The airport & local tourist attractions e.g. Bosang handicraft market (4km), Wat PhraThatDoiSaket (10km) or SanKamPang hotspring (22km) can be reached within 5-30min drive. - Our wifi speed is 500/500 Mbps. - We have 2 scooters for rent. We are living as a family (us and our young son) a bit outside to the East of Chiang Mai along our rice fields which are at the fringe of a small village, which is located at the fringe of Chiang Mai, ca 20 km / 30 Minutes out of town. The guesthouse was built in 2019. It comes with modern settings including speedy fiber Internet and WiFi-Mesh. The complete estate is powered by our Solar system including battery storage, which means we are green by design with no power cuts/blackouts.
