The camp has an open floor plan which is perfect for large groups. The camp sits on 2 acres with 225 feet of waterfront. The property has a gradual decline down to and into the water. Our private white sand beach is PERFECT for swimming and fishing. We also provide 2 fishing kayaks with your stay! Or just take in the views from the patio!

Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

The Country Life

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place . The property sits roughly on 50 acres . It has a big back porch to sit out on with a beautiful view . You are surrounded by nature . At night time you can see deer grazing. We have an above 18’ round pool with spectacular views of the pasture. We are about 30 minutes away from Toledo Bend Lake. Kisatchie National forest is about 30 minutes away. Hiking trails & swimming. This house has one king bed one queen bed and four twin beds.

Peaceful 3-bedroom home

Bring the whole family to this great peaceful place with lots of room for fun. If you are just traveling through or coming for work, this is a great place to stay. Pleasant Hill is a small town located in Sabine Parish. It’s home to Pleasant Hill High School and the Battle of Pleasant Hill held the 2nd weekend in April. The town has Dairy Delight, H&L, Golden's, Ole Skool Flavor and Battlefield Nutrition as places to eat, car wash, washateria, and Saye’s Boutique. All located in gudiebook.

This unique A frame cabin is nestled on the lakefront- northern part of Toledo Bend, surrounded by mature trees that creates breathtaking landscape. From the patio, you are able to watch eagles landing and souring through beautiful sunsets. Cabin has been updated with new A/C, new flooring and furniture. Come relax at this quiet, clean cabin with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a loft overlooking a beautiful view of Toledo Lake. Due to nature surrounding, internet is average speed.

Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.
