The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

Fica só a 5 minutos do comboio. Supermercado, restaurantes, ciclovia, farmácia, lavandaria, tudo a menos de 2 minutos a pé. A 4km do Oriente com ligação de transportes para todo o pais. A 4,5km do aeroporto mas sem ruido. Situa-se num 4º andar sem elevador, não sendo indicado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
